5 Day Surf Camp Cancellation Policy
We do not make exceptions to this policy for any reason, including but not limited to weather or personal emergencies flight or ferry cancellations or delays. If you must cancel your reservation, our policy is as follows:
- Deposits are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
- If you cancel 15+ days prior to the first day of the session you are registered for your deposit can be utilized for another scheduled session with space available during our 2008 season.
- Payment in full is due upon your arrival for the first day of camp. Non-payment constitutes a cancellation by attendee and the reservation is canceled.
- There is no refund for arriving late or leaving early. There are no partial refunds for any services not used while at camp.
- In the event Nantucket sUrfari must cancel a session or any portion of a session, Nantucket sUrfari will refund your payment on a prorated scale based on the number of days canceled by Nantucket sUrfari. All refunds will be issued by check within 60 days following the cancellation which constitutes full settlement. All checks will be mailed to the address listed on your application.
- Nantucket sUrfari reserves the right to make changes to any session itinerary without notice or explanation at any time.
- Nantucket sUrfari is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for a canceled session.
- If you fail to provide registration information and a signed liability release waiver prior to the start of your session you will not be allowed to participate in the session and the above cancellation policy will apply. All persons attending under 18 must have the wavier signed by a parent or legal guardian with valid ID.
- All cancellations must be received in writing sent via Certified US Mail addressed to Nantucket sUrfari, 1 Essex Road, Nantucket, MA 02554. Deposits are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
